Let's Call it a Date!

Your wedding day can be your anniversary, your birthday or it could be a totally different date, a new beginning. As for me, I wanted it to be lucky! So here are the things I considered when choosing a date.

We know we want to get married next year, 2019 at the second half of the year so that already tuned down our choice.

1. Chinese Auspicious Date - for the Chinese, there's a list of dates when it is the most "opportune" time to get married. You can also search the dates yourself depending on the year. There are also lucky months and lucky years to get married depending on your sign. They also believe in Ghost Month which usually falls on the month of August.

2. Japanese Taian Calendar - it's much simpler for the Japanese, just check the calendar to see which day it falls but basically for them it's good to wed on TA and TO.

But really don't take my word for it choose whichever date you feel like. These are just guidelines to help you choose but if you're already decided by all means choose that date! Happiness is a choice. ^_^

In the end we scraped this all because the church we wanted was not available on that date. So we moved the date to get a CHANCE to book the church XD.
