They have 12 parking slots inside and you can also park outside the streets.
I believe this is owned by Brillante Mendoza and if you're lucky, you can even see him around during ocular. They also have a hall type venue beside the Film Fest Cafe and Restaurant. The place was really nice but we already have a caterer and we didn't want to spend so much on corkage.

They have 5 halls and 2 garden venues with a capacity of 100 to 350pax depending on the venue. Rental rates start at Php76,000 to Php250,000 for 4 hours of use.
Corkage for non-accredited caterer: Php 95 per head.
It's a large compound of halls with ample parking slots. The Atrium is a really lovely venue with a glass ceiling and a beautiful chandelier but minimum is 150pax. They have special deals with other caterers which can lower the cost.

They have 3 halls and a garden but the garden venue is reserved for Christian wedding ceremonies only. Capacity is from 100 to 400pax and rental rates costs Php55,000 to Php90,000 for 4 hours of use.

They have 3 halls with glass walls which can fit 100 - 300pax and can be combined to have a larger venue of up to 750pax. They also have 3 gardens which can fit 30 - 200pax. Rental rates start at Php20,000 to Php200,000 for 4-5 hours of use. You can also rent the whole place for Php250,000 which can fit 700-900pax.

They have 200 parking slots. The only problem we had was the road going to Sampaguita Gardens is under construction so we had to walk a little. Hopefully it's already fixed next year. We loved the place specially the small garden. Our caterer was accredited and we will just get an accredited lights&sound to avoid corkage. The person we talked to was very accommodating and even suggested us to just book them in the upcoming bridal fair for discounts.
The place is also adjacent to another events venue 38 Valencia Events Place which we didn't get to check.
I suggest to do an ocular to have an actual feel of the place and try to book them in bridal fairs for discounts. Happy Hunting!
